La cave
The charming, historic gite “La Cave” is located in the beautiful South of France, nestled between the green hills and sunflower fields. This gite sits on a small-scale and child-friendly holiday domain with three other holiday homes and the home of the owners. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool (10x5 meters) that all guests have access to. To one side of the domain there is a large forest where walking and cycling routes have been plotted. From the house you can walk to the village with a bakery.
The gîte is a fully furnished authentic apartment for a maximum of 4 people and measures 30 m2. In ‘la Cave’, with its beautiful domes, you will experience the real French feeling. From the doorstep you’ll be able to enjoy stunning views over the village and surrounding hills. The house is on the ground floor, has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm with a baby cot. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be folded out into a double sofa bed (120cm x 190cm) if required. The gite is therefore suitable for both couples and a family with (young) children.
Outside the gite there is a lovely patio. In addition, there are several relaxation areas available on site. Of course there is also a private barbecue. The private swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters, which you share with the tenants of the other gîtes and owners, completes the holiday feeling.
High chairs and baby cots are available on request and are available free of charge. For the children (and adults too, of course) there is a trampoline, playground and there is a table tennis table set up next to the swimming pool.
Next to the house there is a laundry room with washing machine, to which you will have full access. There is also room to store bicycles. The Wi-Fi is free

We had a wonderful week at Le petit domaine de Touvailles! The four of us (family with 2 children aged 4 and 6) slept in la cave. It stayed nice and cool in this 'cave house'. It is small-scale and beautifully set up with a beautiful swimming pool. Everything looked neat. There are many nice markets and night markets where you can enjoy delicious food in the area. Thanks Martijn and Rommie for this wonderful week!

We (adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 14) stayed at Le Petit Domaine Touffailles for 1 week last August. Partly thanks to the good care of Rommie and Martijn, we had a wonderful holiday. The hospitality and facilities are really great! It is very nice for small children, but our teenager (just) 14 also had a great time here (partly because of the very good WiFi :) ). The information folder was very nice, with all the nice places, villages, markets, restaurants and sights in the area. The region is very beautiful and fun to spend the holiday. We stayed in “La Cave” which was fully equipped. Everything has been thought of, really very complete. The swimming pool was great and the pizza evening is highly recommended, we have not often eaten such delicious pizzas as Martijn's. We would love to come back!

What a wonderful place to spend a holiday. It is a celebration because everything has been thought of. Cottages complete, grounds clean and pool great for relaxing. We were there as a family and had several cottages that week, there was something for everyone. Enough space on the domaine. And if your child likes fishing, this is an extra nice touch. Downstairs an ideal fishing spot. In short: a must to spend your holiday time with the cozy family in Touffailles.

We had a fantastic holiday at "le petit domaine de touffailles"! Highly recommended! Rommie, Martijn and their lovely children welcomed us very warmly and ensured that we had nothing to short during our stay. We enjoyed 2 weeks at Le petit Domaine de Toufailles. Rommie and Martijn have really turned it into a little paradise. We were in La Cave with our 2 daughters. Very attractive and equipped with all comforts. The atmosphere is very laid back and the setting is beautiful. Canoeing on the Lot, a day trip to Toulouse, swimming in a nearby lake or walking or cycling (I brought my gravel bike myself and enjoyed it!)? It's all possible from Le petit Domaine! The four of us slept in La Cave. This is a very cosily furnished house. My six-year-old son thought it was very cool to sleep in a 'cave'. The cottage was very clean and fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The domaine itself is also very nicely furnished with plenty of entertainment for children. Due to the small scale, there is a nice relaxed atmosphere between all holidaymakers and the owners.
